Holger Danske Page #3

"Holger Danske" is a fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen, telling the story of the legendary Danish hero, Ogier the Dane, also known as Holger Danske. According to ancient folklore, he is said to be sleeping in the cellar of Kronborg Castle, only to awaken and defend Denmark if it is ever in peril. The tale dives into patriotism, bravery, and the historical pride of the Danish people, masterfully woven together by Andersen's unique storytelling.
